Protecting Your Privacy

YoloDeals makes all attempts to protect your private information. YoloDeals will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

YoloDeals, or people who post on YoloDeals, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. YoloDeals is not responsible for, and does not have any control over, the privacy policies of those third party websites, and encourages all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.

Authorize.net handles all financial transactions for End Users of YoloDeals’ site. Authorize.net has a separate privacy policy and terms of service that is available at http://www.authorize.net/company/privacy/ You agree and acknowledge that you have read and agree to Authorize.net’s privacy policy and terms of service before use of this service.

Account Security

Account information is password-protected. Use unique numbers, letters, and special characters, and do not disclose your YoloDeals password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account password is not given to your friends, family, associates, etc. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify YoloDeals and change your password.

Use of Site by Minors

YoloDeals does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 years of age. If YoloDeals learns that a posting is by a person under the age of 13 years of age, YoloDeals will remove that post.

YoloDeals does not knowingly allow individuals under 18 years of age to enter into transactions for products. End Users on the site must be 18 years of age or older. Any individuals under 18 years of age wishing to buy products on the site must have a representative who is 18 years of age or older complete the transaction on their behalf. That representative takes full responsibility for the transaction.

Data YoloDeals Collects

YoloDeals may collect the following data:

• email address, physical contact information, and some financial information, such as the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes;
• transactional information based on your activities on the sites (such as buying and content you generate or that relates to your account);
• billing and other information you provide to purchase an item;
• dispute resolution, correspondence through YoloDeals’ sites, and correspondence sent to YoloDeals;
• additional information YoloDeals asks you to submit to authenticate yourself or if YoloDeals believes you are violating site policies (for example, YoloDeals may ask you to send YoloDeals an ID or bill to verify your address, or to answer additional questions online to help verify your identity or ownership of an item you list); and
• other supplemental information from third parties (for example, if you incur a debt to YoloDeals, YoloDeals will generally conduct a credit check by obtaining additional information about you from a credit bureau, as permitted by law or if you dispute a purchase, YoloDeals may send information to the credit card company).

YoloDeals sometimes collects your email address, for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, authenticating your accounts, sending information about products and specials listed for sale, and sending information about items that you purchase. By submitting your email to YoloDeals’ site, you consent to emails from YoloDeals.

YoloDeals sometimes collects your phone number for account authentication purposes, and may transmit it to a third party service for verification.

YoloDeals collects the last four digits of your credit card information for verification purposes. Credit card transactions are handled by Authorize.net. While YoloDeals strives to protect the security of your payment information, YoloDeals is not responsible for any misuse of information by a third-party and the use of YoloDeals services is governed by YoloDeals’ privacy policy and terms of service available at http://www.yolodeals.com/copyright and http://www.yolodeals.com/tos

YoloDeals may collect personal information if you provide it in feedback or comments or if you contact YoloDeals directly. Any information posted on the site is not confidential. Please do not post anything on YoloDeals’ site that you would like to keep private.

YoloDeals’ web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help YoloDeals diagnose problems with our server, to administer the YoloDeals site, and to otherwise provide YoloDeals’ service to you. In addition, YoloDeals may collect other information from your interaction with our sites, services, content, and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address, demographic and navigational data, and standard web log information. This information may be obtained for YoloDeals from a third party provider. YoloDeals may use this information for marketing, commercial, or any other purpose as YoloDeals sees fit.

Data YoloDeals Stores

All information posted to this site, including account information, is stored in YoloDeals’ database, even after "deletion," and may be archived elsewhere.

YoloDeals web logs and other records are stored indefinitely. This may include the products and services you purchased from the site and your browsing history. However, YoloDeals cannot guarantee access to these records by third parties, including End Users, for more than seven business days after the original information was submitted.

Although YoloDeals makes good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, YoloDeals cannot guarantee complete security.

YoloDeals may store information in an off-site location, which may or may not be located in the United States and may not be bound by the laws of the United States.

Archiving and display of YoloDeals’ webpages by search engines and other sites

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with YoloDeals - including Google.com, and Yahoo.com - archive or otherwise make available YoloDeals’ webpages. YoloDeals has no control over third-party archiving and search engine sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information stored by search engine sites.

Circumstances in which YoloDeals may release information

YoloDeals may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

YoloDeals may disclose information about its users to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms of Use; respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of YoloDeals, its users, or the general public.

YoloDeals may disclose information about payment information if there is a dispute over payments made through YoloDeals or to YoloDeals.

YoloDeals may disclose your information to third parties for use by YoloDeals. This may include disclosure to email marketing providers to provide targeted marketing for our users. If you do not wish to receive email marketing from YoloDeals, you will have the option to unsubscribe from the service.

YoloDeals may disclose your information to other business entities, should YoloDeals plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity.

International Users

YoloDeals welcomes international users to browse the site. At the current time, YoloDeals cannot guarantee any certificates, coupons, and vouchers or products purchased on this site will be available for use outside of the United States, even if products are sold online by the merchants. Should merchants chose to honor certificates, vouchers, coupons or products by international End Users, those End Users accept all responsibility for abiding by any laws, whether local, state, or federal laws in the United States or in the foreign county, and all treaties that affect the transaction.

International End Users consent to all the terms of service and this privacy agreement. International users waive any and all remedies that they may have based on the laws of their country.

Copyright Policy

YoloDeals respects the intellectual property rights of its End Users and third parties. YoloDeals complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), also known as the DMCA. Please be aware that the DMCA may make the copyright owner liable for damages if they materially misrepresent a fact that a user's content is infringing their copyright (for example, if the use really falls under the Fair Use Doctrine).

If you believe that an image or information on YoloDeals is violating your copyright, please send an email to copyrightinfringement@yolodeals.com. You will need to include all of the following information in your email:

1. Identify the material on YoloDeals' site that you claim is infringing your copyright, with enough detail so that YoloDeals may locate it on the website, including, if possible, the url of the page the material is on;
2. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and how the use infringes on your copyright;
3. A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (1) the above information in your email is accurate, and (2) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner;
4. Your address, including state and country, telephone number, and email address; and
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe that an image or information is violating any other intellectual property rights, please send an email to ipviolation@yolodeals.com. You will need to include all of the following information in your email:

Identify the material on YoloDeals' site that you claim is infringing your intellectual property rights, with enough detail so that YoloDeals may locate it on the website, including, if possible, the url of the page the material is on;

1. A statement by you regarding how the use infringes on your intellectual property right;
2. A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (1) the above information in your email is accurate, and (2) that you are the owner of the intellectual property interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner;
3. Your address, including state and country, telephone number, and email address; and
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Should YoloDeals determine that the image is a violation of your copyright or other intellectual property rights, YoloDeals will take all necessary actions to remove the infringing image and or information, subject to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
